The 2304 Casita is located on the same street as Nolita House and Nolita Hall, and offers the same incredible hospitality and culinary program as its predecessors.

This intimate and cozy space has the vibe of a warm little cottage in the French countryside. It’s the perfect space for events up to 30 guests celebrating intimate occasions like baby showers and rehearsal dinners.
